My mission is to inspire today’s leaders, and the next generation, to find their own path.

When we know who we are, we can be much clearer about where we need to go.

My greatest hope is to help others unlock their full potential and lead with purpose and confidence.

Nicky Gray Consulting was founded in 2024 to offer clients bespoke coaching built around personal purpose.

After a career working within global businesses, I decided it was time to try something new, to build a business centered on coaching, purpose, and leadership.

It’s a long-held dream that has finally become reality, and through this work I’m fortunate to be living my own personal purpose every day.

It’s been both liberating and, at times, intimidating to build something where I only answer to myself but the reward has been worth it.
